CODE 444 is an Otara youth movement Inspired & led by courageous young local student leaders to take action on school violence.  They do this by creating opportunities for students to work & get to know each other through cross collaborative events & outings as well as the new development & execution of a new student charter of commitment that will be promoted at both secondary schools during lunch time event sessions.

OLA (Otara-Youth-Hub Leadership Army) is an Ōtara youth led movement made up of diverse youth & young adults living in Otara & Papatoetoe who collectively have a goal to re-imagine the community they live in for the better for themselves and their peers.   They have an interest in developing their leadership skills, taking action on local issues & support community projects.

The A.K.O Academy is designed to support Rangatahi dis-engaged from education & employment aged 16-24 years old towards independence, connection, exploration & leadership over a year.

The BikeLife Academy is designed to support primarily young men involved in local motorbike groups within & surrounding the Otara suburb, helping them transition from illegal riding to positive pathways through skill-building, safety education, and community engagement.
